Dr. Kiyoko Nitz testified by mail at the Board of Water Supply meeting on "Proposed Revision to Current Water Rates and Charges" on September 24.

She pointed out that League believes that beneficiaries must pay the cost of water, however, League is concerned that the proposed rate increase schedule may have irreversible adverse impacts on the socio-economic and the cultural life on Oahu.
