Planning & ZoningLeague testified before the Planning Commission on October 14 and the City Council on October 15, on the 1987 General Plan Review. Concerns were voiced on the inadequacy of the Common Provisions amendment regarding social impact factors and on our opposition to raising the general height limit in the downtown area from 350 to 500 feet, and on whether there is a need for adding rapid transit stations on the public facility maps at this time.
