Speakers Bureau The Speakers Bureau, headed by Betty Rogers, offers speakers to active community organizations. These women and men are generally knowledgeable about a variety of social issues as they impact on topics of importance to League. Barbara Fischlowitz spoke to 2 groups in April. Salt Lake Senior Citizens had the opportunity to think through with Barbara the process by which voters choose political candidates. : Barbara also spoke to a Seniors Communication class on the University Manoa campus on the topic of campaign finances. The students' biggest concern was how could one not become cynical as one participates in politics.
