City Funds CommitteeAn item of business at the 1987 Annual Meeting of Honolulu League was modifying the City Funds Committee study on the total sources and uses of city funds as they relate to other League programs, The new study is titled as follows: Study of the Sources and Uses of City Funds Including an Assessment of Alternative Methods of Funding. The next meeting of the committee is on May 23, The study will continue throughout the summer. Their short term goal is to develop consensus questions and to determine where additional information must be gathered, A few of the areas impacting city funds are: economic and social. implications, user fees, and the need for state aid and administrative costs.
