Running to Win"Running To Win", back by popular demand, is in the planning phases, tentatively set for September-October depending on location. This project was developed to encourage more people to consider themselves as candidates for public office. In 1985 the League in conjunction with the University of Hawaii political science department offered a forum and symposia in such areas as campaign financing and fundraising, grassroots organizing and procedural qualifications for running for office. This exemplary project needs volunteers. Please call and say that you will help make the "Second Running To Win" as successful as the first.
