P & Z - Citizen's Guide Book

Kathy Albu, co-chair of Planning and Zoning, assisted by Carol Whitesell, is working on a major project -- A Citizen's Guidebook -- to the newly adopted Land Use Ordinance which replaces the 1969 Comprehensive Zoning Code. The booklet will answer such questions as: Why do we have zoning? What kinds of things does zoning regulate? What does zoning not cover? What is conditional Use? What can I do my intended use isn't permitted?

A previous booklet of the Development Plan Amendment was a bestseller and this one will be too.
