Video Info At the November Board meeting, the Board voted to join the Community Programmer Users Association. CPU was formed primarily by Human Services Television Network, which operates as part of the Health and Community Services Council, top address needs and frustrations related to use of the public access facilities at Oceanic Cablevision. Marilyn Yoza, Executive Director of operations, Oceanic, and Susan Doyle of the state's Dept. of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, spoke with members at the October meeting. Members are asked to prioritize their needs so resources can be allocated; they also are encouraged to lobby for legislation being drafted which will make state law comply with federal legislation regarding access and franchise renewal.
