H-3 The State Department of Transportation is preparing a Supplement to H-3 Environmental Impact Statement. Since the State DOT sought and received from the U. S. Congress an exemption from the requirements under Section 4(f) -- EIS, plans are moving ahead on H-3. The supplement will be related to the project's impacts on the Luluku Archaeological District.
