ANNOUNCEMENTS Oceanic Cable TV On Sunday nights at 6:30 p.m. watch for the League produced program shown on Oceanic Cable TV Channel 20. The topic will be "Changes in the Educational System in Hawaii". To discuss these changes will be Veralie Ann Malina-Wright (Kam School), John Radcliff (Executive Director of the HSTA), and Francis Hatanaka (School Superintendent). The moderator will be Pauline Chinn of Roosevelt High School.
