1985 National Council The 1985 meeting of the National Council of the League of Women Voters of the United States will be held from 12:00 P.M., Sunday, April 28 to 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 30, 1985 in Washington, D. C. The Council shall be composed of two delegates from each state League to "give guidance to the national board on program and methods of work... adopt a budget for the current fiscal year and shall transact such other business as shall be presented by the national board."
