Honolulu's Dee Lum Receives Certificate of Appreciation... Honolulu League President Dee Lum receives congratulations from former Mayor Eileen Anderson and Chief Planning Officer Tim Chow on her Certificate of Appreciation "for assisting the Department of General Planning to better plan for the long range development of the City & County of Honolulu", at a recent ceremony/luncheon at Honolulu Hale.
