Public Forums on Resource Recovery Program
Sponsored by the Department of Public Works
Proposals of design, construction and operation of resource recovery facility to turn solid waste to energy will be presented. Representatives of three contractors, Hawaiian Electric, Combustion Energy/Amfac, and Wheelabrator-Fry (a mainland company) have been invited to make brief presentations.
Representatives from the Department of Public Works and other City departments will be present to answer any questions.
