Update The Legislature passed the Resolution allowing HECO to use 2% sulphur fuel oil at their Kahe Point electric plant, but the Resolution liras modified to include the requirement that HECO comply with clean air standards in their search for cheaper fuel oil. Thanks to PEG and FRANK ELDREDGE who did the research on this issue for League's testimony opposing the Resolution.
