Development Plans Seven regional public hearings on Development Plans have already been held and there are two more this month. On April 9 it will be at Waialua H.S. and Waianae Intermediate on the 23rd. On May 13 the Council is holding a final hearing in the series with a city-wide perspective. League will be testifying again at that time.
