ERA STAMP OUT INEQUALITY FOR ONLY $2 Purchase a rubber stamp that says RATIFY THE ERA and stamp it on all mail, bills, etc. sent to unratified states. (As of March, 1980, the unratified states are: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia.)
