In Memoriam

A long time member of the Honolulu League, Kathleen Schutte, passed away on June 19. She served as 1st Vice President in 1953, and was a researcher for the Legislative Reference Bureau. We extend our sympathy to her husband, attorney C. Frederick Schutte, 931 Maunawili Circle, Kailua, and family members.

Gladys Gabert, who served as the LWV representative to the Oahu Development Conference and as a Transportation Committee member, died in May. Mary George delivered the eulogy at the service.

The following have made donations to the League of Women Voters in memory of Gladys Gabert: Iris B. Jackson, Betty C. Tobiasson, Roberta Clark, and New Books Group, AAUW.
