Voters Service Report I talked to about 40 Explorer Scouts (16-17 yrs old) on March 10,1977. On file is an outline of the talk which was very well received because a) it was a highly motivated group of gung ho achievers and b) the intro was brief and the time was spent in a participatory exercise they could relate to. I used Pick A Candidate for ideas and to pass out and the "Political Candidate Checklist" from Rhoda's course that we used in the Akamai Voter, This topic and format can be used with almost any group of young people. This was my first "speaking engagement" and If I can do it, anyone can!! Helen Griffin
