TRANSPORTATION

KAIMUKI LIBRARY HARDING AND KOKO HEAD AVENUES

7:30 pm Thursday, Feb. 24, at Kaimuki Library, Harding and Koko Head Avenues.
Mr. Harlan Blindauer of the Honolulu Dept. of Transportation will show the department's slide show, "Mobility on Oahu."
A fixed guideway, together with feeder buses, would form the best transit system for Oahu, says the Honolulu Dept. of Transportation.
Mr. Roy Parker, Executive Director of OMPO, will join Mr. Blindauer and League members in a dialogue on "Visualization of the Future."
Come to the meeting and see what such a system has to offer.
Parking is available at the library or at the municipal parking lot between Waialae and Harding Avenues on 12th Avenue. City bus #3 via Kapiolani and #1 via King St. and Waialae Avenue have stops two blocks from the library.
