Honolulu LWV Incorporates You are now a member of the League of Women Voters of Honolulu, Inc. Last Spring, upon the advice of State League, your Board decided to incorporate. The purpose is to protect individual members from liability should the organization be sued. It will not change the way we operate in any way. Jim Duca was kind enough to prepare the necessary papers, and our petition and charter of incorporation were accepted by the Dept, of Regulatory Agencies in October.
