Board Bulletin Board of Directors of the Honolulu League accepted with pleasure the appointments of Eleanor Fitch as State Program Liaison and Fran Burgess as Chairman of the Nominating Committee for 1973-74: and approved the nomination of Jean Roberts to the Water Resources Regional Study. 'Mrs. Burgess fills a vacancy made by Betty Buck's appointment to the Board as Publications Chairman. In other business at its November meeting, the Board also: ***Discussed and approved the Honolulu League's consensus for campaign finance based on discussions of the first round of units in November. ***Gave approval to the Voters Service Chairman to pursue efforts towards publishing a self-guide tour leaflet of the State Capitol, *-*Agreed that there shall be at least one general meeting this year on the Windward Side to give those units a boost and an opportunity for publicity, **Gave approval to the Action Committee to testify at hearings of the Reapportionment Commission an November 15 and regarding the City's proposed sewer service charge on December 4. ***Gave approval to a workshop format for program planning and discussed how to insure that all members, both new and experienced, will have an opportunity to be heard. The date of the workshop has been tentatively set for a Thursday in January. More details will be discussed at the next regular Board meeting an January 17, 1974 at the AAUW Clubhouse.
