Letter to the Editor The People's Conference on Housing would have fallen through the huge gaps in the planning process had it not been for Dorothy Bremner, Bea Bennett, Arien Grabbe, Vangie Lambert, Dee Lum, Rhoda Miller, Lucille Rogers, Sally Vernon, Carol Whitesell, Marian Wilkins and Sharon Yokote. The impressive women power provided by the LWV of Honolulu called up the troops and staffed the registration desk and discussion groups were first class all the way. I would like everyone who has not had the opportunity to work with, these gals to know that they are missing out on a tremendous personal experience! The success of the conference was their achievement. Evelyn Oishi
