Flash! Louise Marr to Represent Hawaii at Water WorkshopFLASH! Louise Marr, Board member and Chairman for Water Resources, will represent the Honolulu and Hawaii Leagues at a regional Citizens' Workshop on Clean Water, in Boise, Idaho, on September 14 and 15. Her expenses in Boise during the workshop will be paid for through a grant from the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration. Through the fortunate coincidence of an already-planned trip to the Mainland, the League is able to have her represent us for the relatively small cost of her travel expenses from San Francisco. One of the principal topics for
discussion at the workshop will be participation in state hearings on water quality standards. Mrs. Marr will therefore be well equipped to represent us at the series of hearings in Hawaii, which begin on September 27.1 (See page 4)
