Anyone for National Council Meeting? Marguerite Simson, Pres. of the LWV of Hawaii, will represent the State at the National Council of the League in Washington, D.C., May 3rd - 7th. National by-laws allow Hawaii to have another delegate -- but alas, Hawaii's budget does not! However, IF you will be in the vicinity during that time and would be able to pay your own hotel and travel expenses (and if you are a qualified member) you could be designated as the second delegate.
