Local CR Report Local CR: Support of measures for the improvement of Waste disposal methods in the City and County of Honolulu. President Teru Togasaki sent letters to the City Council and Mayor Blaisdell supporting the latter's recommendation of using sanitary landfill to create a park out of Kauainui Swamp in Kailua, Oahu. This recommendation was made after careful study of the conditions in the particular location. Liesel Phillipp Chairman
