Calendar of Events Agenda Company's Coming Tea for Two Time for Action Public Relations Would You Like to Kokua? (Lila Grossman) Observing at City Hall (Marylee Mitchell) Units -- What Are They?

[ Agenda ] Our Local Agenda item for this year will be a "study of planning with emphasis on zoning and support of measures promoting orderly development of the City and County of Honolulu." Representative Eureka Forbes will be our guest speaker at the September membership meeting, and has gladly consented to answer any questions we have regarding both state and local zoning. The Unit meetings scheduled for September will present a film strip entitled "Your Vote is Your Key." Also on the agenda for the unit meetings will be discussions concerning the National League Program item (or items) for 1962-64. Our current national agenda item is "Support of U. S. economic policies which promote world development and maintain a sound U. S. economy." Other suggestions which received widespread support at the last convention were in the areas of Education, Nuclear Bomb Ban, and Farm Surpluses. For many years the National Agenda carried two items; one a "domestic" item and one an international item. What is your view regarding two agenda items?
