Legislative Action under Consideration in regard to Sewage Disposal Under the new State Constitution the Health Department will probably be able to set up an Advisory Commission on sewage by regulation without action by the Legislature. The members of this commission to be governmental agencies concerned with water pollution, and other agencies contributing (such as plantations) or affected (such as tourist agencies).
