President's Report Our program this year was presented primarily through units since this was the preference expressed at the Annual Meeting 4 year ago. The average attendance at each unit meeting was 8, making a total of 32 for each month. It is interesting to note that the average attendance at each of the three general membership meetings held to the date of this writing was likewise 32 Though larger attendance would have been desirable, the units have had good discussion. I feel this system of carrying the program through unit meetings has potentials for both member participation and leadership development which have not yet been realized. We have 97 members as of 3-3-60. During the year we gained 9 new members and dropped 20, with a net loss of 11. Next year will be an action year instead of a study year and will perhaps provide a more favorable climate for attracting new members. Opal Sloane
