Philippine LWV President Here Dr. Constance Drumlao, President of the League of Yemen Voters of the Philippines, was guest of the President of the Honolulu League on October 28th. Dr. Drumlao was returning to the Philippines after a trip around the world. Unfortunately there was no time for the League Board or members to meet her. Her League has a. large membership, she says, and she likes the way our Leagues study items before action.
