This recent 48-page pamphlet from the League of Women Voters Education Fund is a new type of guidebook for the visitor there, but also a flashlight on government operation for the stay-at-home. Building by building, it goes beyond the marble facade to the reasons for the structure and the fundamental ideas behind it.
