Voters' Service Views Mayor Blaisdell's $33,172,250 budget for this year was accepted by the Board of Supervisors, at the Tuesday meeting, February 4, 1958. The Honolulu Chamber of Commerce had gone over the budget with Tax Foundation representatives and found the budget "sound and reasonable." Supervisor Richard M. Kageyama was the budget's lone dissenter.
