Citizens Charter Committee Activity There was high interest along with high temperature at the recent general meeting of the Citizens Charter Committee in the Liliuokalani Building. Fifty organizations were represented, with 93 people present. Mr. Charlton Chute laid down a practical outline of the steps that must be taken by citizen organizations in a charter campaign. Proof of the earnestness of some representatives in educating their membership was the sale of a goodly number of WE ELECT and THEY APPOINT.
