Membership MeetingLocal agenda for next year is the subject of this month's get-together. Members are reminded that in choosing an item for study the criteria of appropriateness, women-power, and possibilities for action should be kept in mind. Results of unit discussions should be available for the January 18th membership meeting to be held at the YWCA at 7:45 p.m. We'll have refreshments while we talk over our local program for next year. Smith and Kay Tyson have already received the following ideas from members: 1)Organization and services of the City-County Health Department, its powers, duties and possible overlapping functions with the territorial department; 2) How appropriations in the City-County Budget are allocated; 3) The organization and functions of the Office of the Mayor. This last topic might be a continuation of the League's work for a new Charter
