Calendar Membership Meeting Fashion Show for Funds Budget Committee Sand Island Hearing Telling the League Story Board Changes |
Board ChangesOur valuable Voters Service Chairman, Brooke Mordy, is leaving the Islands on the first lap of her journey to Sweden on PAA flight 806 on Wednesday, January 18 at 7:30 p.m. (You'll just have time to see her aboard before going to the membership meeting). Brooke has been a League leader during her years here and her cheerful devotion will be much missed. But we wish the Mordys great success and a happy life at the University of Stockholm. Barbara Menkes will take over as Voters Service Chairman for the remainder of the year. Ruth Loomis will carry out the duties of Treasurer until a new officer is elected in March to replace Audrey Eber.
