President's Message We are looking forward to a busy and fruitful year with the Board and the Membership. We are certain that you share our pride in the Board for many of you offered suggestions to the last nominating committee who worked so diligently to fill the great number of positions open this term. We have had two board meetings to organize and to begin a plan for carrying out our local program and the National Agenda Items(Item I: Individual Liberties; Item II: Foreign Trade) We hope that you'll find time to attend the May meeting for we know that you'll be eager to learn about our legislative action on the Charter as well as that on the jail in which we cooperate with the Community Committee. Suggestions from the membership will be most welcome and these can be given at membership meetings or mailed to our P.O. Box, 1411. Geraldine Milne
