Visiting Leaguer In Honolulu for a brief stop in February was Mrs. Ella P. Stewart, Board member of the Toledo, Ohio League. Mrs. Stewart was returning from a four months tour of Southeast Asia for the State Department, and attendance at the Manila Conference of the Pan-Pacific Women. Mrs. Stewart reports that the Toledo League had on their agenda for five years a study of local detention facilities. The Toledo League keeps small committees active on all Continuing Responsibilities... something we must plan for in the future.
