Charter Committee The Charter Committee is holding a briefing session for all those who would like to follow our charter legislation in the coming Legislature. We hope all who attended Units last month and found this an exciting prospect will come for this intensive review of what our charter program is all about. At the YWCA, Monday, February 7, at 7:30 P.M. Presentations of the League's model charter bill have been made to House and Senate floor leaders and to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors legislative committee. Other legislators will be approached before the session begins.
