Highlights of Charter Study The Charter Committee, chaired by Mrs. Lillian Fortess, has been working hard, together with the Board, to hammer out the League's stand, for the coming legislative session on an enabling act for a City-County Charter Commission. The Board has endorsed a charter bill proposal to be presented to legislative leaders. An exciting period in the League's action program is ahead. Come to the January unit meetings and HEAR ALL ABOUT THE CHARTER.
