Mrs. Leo Fortess Replaced by Mr. R.J. Westly on BoardMrs. Leo Fortess, our Local Resource Chairman, was called to the mainland suddenly after doing a fine piece of groundwork on the question of the charter. This work is fortunately to be carried on by one of the committee members, Mrs. Rolf J. Westly, who was appointed to the vacancy at the
January Board meeting.
