"They Appoint" Is at the PrintersThe Editorial Committee announces that a contract was signed on July 7 with the STAR BULLETIN for the printing of the League's second handbook on local government, THEY APPOINT. It will be ready for distribution on July 28 and a gala affair to greet its publication will take place on August 1. All officials who gave time and help will be invited. Mrs. Pierce will be guest speaker.
