Preview of Coming Attractions Our National Resource Chairman, Miss Mildred Saunders, has arranged for a continuation of the series of speakers on questions which will help us in our study of the new NATIONAL AGENDA ITEM, WORLD SECURITY. Following the May meeting on the Middle East there will be speakers on Southeast Asia and NATO in June and July. In addition to looking forward to these interesting meetings, the League has a treat in store with the visit of MRS. NEWTON L. PIERCE, Organization Secretary on the LWV national staff, who will be here during the month of July to help us evaluate our program and plan further activities. Publication of "THEY APPOINT" in July or August: A KNOW YOUR LIBRARY series is being sponsored by the Friends of the Library and League members who would like to know more about the resources in the local public library are urged to attend. On June 10 the program will be on the Children's Department and the Hawaiian and Pacific Division; this sounds like a good combination for the young mothers who need not only books for their children but also material when they start those Voter's Service projects?
