New Finance Chirman The appointment of Miss Mary Musgrove as Finance Chairman fills the last vacancy on the Board. Her top assistant in this important job will be Miss Sai Yew Young, whose experience as treasurer for 1951-52 will be most helpful. It will not seem long before they will be drafting members to work with them.
