On the National Level In addition to bringing your "thinking cap" on the subject of city government, please bring your copy of the National LWV By-Laws. Consideration will be given to some of the suggested amendments. This will be especially important if we have a delegate at the National Convention which is to be held in Cincinnati on April 28 - May 2. This is the first time our local League has been entitled to have a delegate. If any member plans to be on the mainland at that time and would be interested in attending, please notify the board. You may remember that in the budget some financial assistance is planned for the delegate.
