November DrivesYour editor has no desire to steal the thunder of the chairman of the Finance Committee, Miss Margaret Titcomb but in case any of you are wondering how we will "make ends meet" next year, we can report that as of December 1, we had e230.00 pledged. Congratulations to all the people who worked on this drive. Also, congratulations to Mrs. Betty Poole and the Membership Committee; the result of their hard work was evident at the last meeting when we were happy to see so many new faces. Speaking of congratulations, our new Publicity Chairman, Mrs. Ethel Hoeber, certainly deserves her share of them for the excellent stories and pictures in the local papers which were used during our two drives.
