Government Finance in HawaiiMembers may be interested in enrolling in such a course which is to be offered by the U.H. Extension Division and conducted by I. Robert Kamins, our October speaker. The purpose is to consider the tax structure of both territorial and county governments, tax administration, economic effects of taxation, budgeting and fiscal controls, and the pattern of expenditures of the governments of Hawaii.
