Proposed Local Agenda Items recommended by the local Board for the 1951-52 Local Agenda are: A continued study of the recreational facilities in the City and County of Honolulu and promoting measures for their improvement. A preliminary study of a charter for the City and County of Honolulu. Leaguers will have an opportunity at the Annual Meeting to discuss these items and to vote for the one they prefer to work on during the coming year. Additional items which were received by the Board but not recommended may be introduced from the floor and put to a vote if the members so desire.
