Your Kokua Is Needed

Mrs. Thomas Shootman, chairman of the local project on the study of our city and county government, is sending out an urgent appeal for help. This appeal is urgent for this reason. The National Board of the League of Women Voters meets in November, at which time our Provisional League would like to send in its application for recognition as a full-fledged local League. This application will depend upon the completion of two more studies - the Liquor Commission and the City-Planning Commission. If any of you can possibly spare a few hours to help in completing this task, please contact Mrs. Shootman, who will gladly explain what has to be done. She can be reached by phone, 576584.

Her address is 1623 Emerson St.
