Weekly Bus Tours of Planned Rail Route Want to know where the proposed rail transit system will go and picture what it will do to our city? Stop Rail Now is running free weekly tours of the planned route every Thursday at noon. It departs from the makai bus stop at Ala Moana Center, from the mall side of the benches.
