Primer on ConConA Primer on the Constitutional Convention will be presented at the State Capitol auditorium on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 9 am to 12:30 pm. This free seminar will give the history and context for the November vote on ConCon, and will be interactive with time for audience Q&A, which is actively encouraged. It is hosted by the League of Women Voters of Hawaii, the Hawaii Institute for Public Affairs (HIPA), and the Richardson School of Law, all of whom are neutral on the question of the ConCon.
