Comment on Transportation PlanMembers may use the enclosed comment form to let the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OMPO) know their opinion of the Draft Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) 2030. This Plan includes $2.6 billion for the proposed rail transit system which will be the subject of the speaker at our April 8 membership meeting.
