Serious Subject for Free MusicalChronic homelessness is the subject of Truly Dually to be presented on Nov 9 at the State Capitol Auditorium at 7 pin. The free performance is sponsored by the Oahu Homeless Continuum of Care to kick-off Homeless Awareness Week.
